When a client books Legend Commercial Cleaning Services they are agreeing that they have read, signed, agreed, and consented to these following terms and conditions.
1. The client must pay 40% of the bill in advance under all circumstances.
2. All deposits that are made are not refundable under any circumstances.
3. The client has only 24 hours to inform Legend Commercial Cleaning, if they would like to reschedule. If not informed, in that duration, then the deposited money will not be refundable.
4 .Legend Commercial Cleaning fees are payable by the client through the method of credit/debit card, Mastercard, or Visa card.
6. All fragile and highly breakable items must be secured or removed. Items excluded from liability are: cash, items of sentimental, antiques, etc.
7. We do not guarantee stain removal for carpet cleaning
8. If you experience bad odours or smells from your carpets, we do not accept the responsibility for those smells. We advise our customers to turn on the air conditioning, open windows and open doors. If the smell is still there we do not take responsibility for it.
9. Pets are not permitted during cleaning sessions due to the nature of any type of cleaning sessions.
10. If collection if keys are required from a location outside the postal code area of the cleaning scheduled, Legend Commercial Cleaning is not required to pick it up. Arrangements for keys must be given to the cleaner prior to the cleaning session.
11. The client must allow the cleaner access to water and power.
12. Legend Commercial Cleaning agrees to keep all customers' information confidential.
13. Legend Commercial Cleaning reserves the right to refuse to share ay of the confidential company's documents.
14. The client understands that he/she is not entitled to any refunds.
15. Payment method: if client chooses to save the card on file, this tells us that the client has authorized us to charge the client for the remaining invoice total. If the card isn't saved on the file by the client, then the total service amount must be paid by the client upfront before receiving the services.
16. If the customer is not completely satisfied with the cleaning job, Legend Commercial Cleaning will re-clean any areas and items to the customer's satisfaction. Therefore, the customer must allow the cleaner to be returned (this is only applicable to customers who are not present during the cleaning job). If they are present during the cleaning job, it is the customer's responsibility check their home and as a courtesy our cleaners may tell the customer to check their home after the cleaning job.
17. Due to the safety of our customers and staff, we require proof of Vaccine Passports. If not provided, the appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will not be refundable.
18. Quotes are tentative and may be subject to change upon the arrival of appointment date.
18. Booking on the weekend, there is a weekend service charge.
19. After completion of any of the services Legend Commercial Cleaning provides, the customer must check if there are any issues (such as, any damages, or any other problems), before the cleaners leave the place at the appointment date. Therefore, Legend Commercial Cleaning doesn't take responsibility for complaints regarding these matters (after the cleaners have left the place), since any issues must be addressed by the customer to the cleaners at the appointment date.
20. Service charge: there is no service charge for up to 20 km away from London, Ontario. If the location exceeds 20 km, there is a service charge. Service charge is $1/km and will be measured once the technicians arrive to the cleaning job and calculated afterwards.
21. Entire removal of odours and stains are not fully guaranteed by Legend Commercial Cleaning.
22. The quote that you receive states the amount of cleaners and amount of time. Note this is an estimated amount of time. What you are paying for is time, nothing else. The number of bedrooms, bathrooms, or other factors do not matter, and if we include it in the quote we are saying with the amount of time and cleaners it will take that long, but this is not a guarantee that it will be finished in that time. Our quote are estimates and they can be subject to change.
23. The time that is booked for you (in the quote) is subject to change and this change may be due to any issue: traffic, previous job has not been finished, and more (any issue may apply).
24. The time that is on your quote is the time that you, the customer, have agreed to be ready. If the technicians come to your house, ready to start the job, and you, the client, for any reason is not ready, a charge will apply. The charge is for 2 cleaners it will $99, and the price will be more if there are more cleaners present.
25. For carpet, rug, and upholstery cleaning (furniture) the drying time will depend on the temperature of the room, location in which the carpet, rug, or upholstered furniture is in, and the weather condition, as well as if the furnace is on/off. Thus, Legend Commercial Cleaning does not accept a specific time in which your carpet, rug, and furniture will dry out and be ready to use.
26. Please note our quote is based on a certain amount of hours of cleaning with a certain amount of cleaners. If this condition (the amount of hours) is exceeded, an overtime charge will apply. The overtime charge is $50/hour for each cleaner. You will not be informed regarding if the time has passed (if the time has exceeded), because in the quote you received, you were informed regrading the duration of the cleaning appointment (since it was signed).
27. All cancellations from the customer must be sent to our email: legendcommercialcleaning@gmail.com. Verbal cancellation over the phone, in person, or any other method is not an acceptable form of cancelling the services. And if they start the cleaning job, the full amount must be paid in full, since the services were preformed.
28. Hardwood Cleaning is $1/sqft and Tile Cleaning is up to $2/sqft.
29. If the technicians arrive to the customer's house or place of cleaning and the customer refuses the technicians to do and start the cleaning job then, the technicians will not do the cleaning job and the deposit made by the customer is non-refundable.
